Shipping & Delivery Policy
NandanaKatha is a digital-only product today — books are delivered as PDF files, not shipped.
Digital delivery only
NandanaKatha currently sells made-to-order personalised digital storybooks. Every order is delivered as a high-resolution PDF file. We do not offer printed books, courier or postal shipping at this time, so no shipping address is collected and no shipping or delivery charges are applied.
How your book reaches you
Once your book is ready, we send the PDF to the email address you provided at ordering, and, if you shared a WhatsApp number, we can also send it there on request. Please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us about a missing delivery.
When work begins
Personalisation work begins after your payment is confirmed — automatically by the payment gateway, or, for manual UPI, after a person on our team verifies the reference you supplied. Until then the order stays in an awaiting-verification state.
Delivery timing is an estimate
Any timeframe shown on the site or in messages is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. Handmade personalisation, order volume, clarification questions and revision requests can change how long a book takes. We do not promise a fixed number of days unless we state it in writing for your specific order.
Delays and how we communicate
If your book will take noticeably longer than estimated, we tell you on email or WhatsApp with an updated expectation. You can ask for a status update at any time by quoting your order reference.
Non-delivery, wrong file or errors
If a file does not reach you, is corrupted, or contains a material error made by us compared with the details you submitted, tell us and we re-send or correct it free of charge. Cancellation and refund handling is covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Printing at home
Your licence lets you print copies of your delivered book for personal family use. Any printing you arrange yourself is between you and your print provider; we are not responsible for third-party print quality or turnaround.
