Please read these alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.
What we provide
NandanaKatha creates made-to-order personalised digital storybooks. Each book is written and illustrated for one child, based on the details you submit, and delivered as a high-resolution PDF.
Accurate details and authority
You agree to provide accurate details, and you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child described, or are otherwise authorised to share that child's details and any photo with us for this purpose.
Your photos stay yours
You keep ownership of any photo you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to create and deliver your order. We do not publish or reuse your photo, and we do not use it in marketing without your separate written authorisation.
Our creative rights and your licence
NandanaKatha retains all rights in its own templates, layouts, illustration styles, story frameworks and brand assets. On delivery you receive a personal-use licence to your customised book, including printing copies for your family. Commercial rights are not included unless separately purchased.
Acceptable requests
We cannot accept personalisation requests that are unlawful, abusive, sexual, exploitative, hateful, or that infringe anyone's rights. We may decline or cancel such an order and refund any amount paid.
Delivery timelines
Any delivery window shown at ordering is an estimate, not a guarantee, unless we explicitly guarantee it in writing for your order.
Creative variation and corrections
Personalised illustration is handmade work, so minor creative differences from samples are expected and normal. Material mistakes caused by us — such as a wrong name or detail compared with your submitted order — are corrected free of charge.
Payment
Payment can be made through a third-party payment gateway (such as Cashfree, Razorpay, PhonePe or Paytm) when one is enabled, or manually by UPI to drrex@ptyes. Gateway payments are completed on the provider’s own hosted checkout and are governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy; NandanaKatha does not receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or bank login. An order is confirmed only when the gateway confirms the payment to us, or, for manual UPI, after a person on our team verifies the payment or reference you supply.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
